I enjoyed this novella but just wish that it was longer, as I found that it was way overpriced considering it’s basically the same price as her other books that are 300 odd pages, whereas this novella only 70 odd pages. I enjoyed getting Daniel, Six, Holder, Sky & Breckin. They’re all planning to spend the upcoming holiday for a friends thanksgiving dinner at Sky’s parents house. Things have been off with the group, and Daniel decides to stop avoiding things and ask Six about what she went through being pregnant and deciding to give up their son for a closed adoption while she was on exchange in Italy as she had no idea who the father was.
Daniel decides with the help of his sisters to try and track down the American teacher who helped Six with the adoption, as she apparently knew the couple. Six had tried and got told nothing could be done since it was a closed adoption, so Daniel decided to try his luck and just see if they could get some answers to let them know that their son is happy and healthy so maybe Six can start smiling again, and stop feeling so lost and guilty about the choice she made and whether or not it was the right one. I think I’m going to go back and read the Hopeless Series again, as it’s been years since I read it. I’m looking forward to reading more books from Colleen Hoover in the future. I’d recommend this novella, series and author to everyone.

SPOILERS—I must admit, I only bought this book so I could get closure for Quinn and Graham. Their book (All Your Perfects) absolutely wrecked me. That book ended on a happy note but to finally have confirmation that Quinn got to be a mother made me so happy. Her email to Six and Daniel made me cry my eyes out.
I was also very happy for Six and Daniel. I can’t imagine the pain that Six felt and I loved Daniel so much for doing everything he could to get her answers. I was also so grateful for the opportunity she gave Quinn and Graham because I felt so unsettled after their book. Six gave them
an utterly priceless gift. I know these are fictional
characters but their stories deeply affected me.
Anyway, I was just so satisfied with the outcome for both couples. I’m only giving it four stars because I think nine dollars for a short ebook novella is ridiculous. But… at least I finally got the ending I wanted.

This was a good book! Names were kinda uncommon like Six lol kept thinking about the number! Overall a great book especially as a teenager who usually never reads book decided to give Collen Hoover a try and let me tell you people off tic toks aren’t joking when they say she’s a good author! HAHAHA RECOMMEND FOR SURE 8/10 {wish it was longer}

It’s a lovely Novella with some favorite characters but the publishing company shouldn’t have put it as a new May 2022 release because it’s not a new read .I read this Novella years ago in one of Colleen Hoover’s anthology books with other authors .It’s really good but if your reading it and it seems like you read it before you have .I returned for a full refund because it was $7.99 and the publishing company should have been honest and wrote somewhere that it’s a repeat release story .So read it because it’s really a good Novella but seriously publishing company not cool.
