It is Darkest before Dawn

It is darkest before dawn

In today’s bible study, we shall discuss a wonderful bible nugget titled, “It is Darkest Before Dawn.” Before we start, let us discuss a bible passage.

Bible Study Passage

In the previous bible study, we discussed the bible nugget titled “Surrender to God and Move on.” We discussed at length the difficult and tough conditions the Israelite overseers found themselves in; and how they were punished because Moses and Aaron confronted Pharaoh and demanded that he frees the Israelites. We saw how these Israelite overseers lamented their situation by surrendering everything to God to handle, and moved on with their lives.

From that very bible study, we learned the importance of surrendering our problems to God when the challenge seems insurmountable. If you have read the article endeavor to do so.

Now, after the Israelite overseers protested to Moses and Aaron, Moses went ahead to seek the face of God. Moses reminded God it was since he brought the Israelites the message of freedom that their burden has increased. Exodus 5:22 – 23.

God then said to Moses; Now, you will see what I will do to Pharaoh. Because of my mighty hand, he will let them go; because of my mighty hand, he will drive them out of his country. And, if you’ve read the book of Exodus chapter 5, 6 and 7, you must agree with me that it was this moment that marked the turning point of the whole event. It was that very day the Israelite overseers experienced the most difficult situation, that their salvation was sealed for good, which attests to the saying that, “it is darkest before dawn.”

It is Darkest before Dawn

Child of God – Never forget this; “It is always darkest before dawn.” Once your situation is becoming very unbearable, remember today’s episode of our daily bible study; “It is always darkest before dawn.”

The moment you think that all hope is lost, that is the moment God makes miracles.

I don’t know what you are passing through right now, but one thing I know is that, you are not at your lowest, you are strong and you are doing well, however, if you think you are experiencing the height of the tribulation, then, rest assured that your salvation is by the corner, because it is darkest before dawn. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Take this as a message of hope, to revivify and keep you going; a message to remind you that it is not yet over.

As long as there is life, there is hope. The world is in bad shape right now, and so many people are going through lots of difficulties. Some of these difficulties look insurmountable, but by casting your burdens upon the Lord and trusting in his salvation power, you will overcome.

This was exactly what the Israelites did and at the moment it was like all hope is lost, God manifested his power. Just at the darkest moment, their light shone.

May God Almighty bring us salvation now and ease our burdens as he did to the Israelites. Amen.
