This is fine, not perfect, like all the wonderful Delphi conglomorations. Two concerns expressed by other commenters are an expurgated Typee and a missing Billy Budd.
Both of these can be solved online at “Melville Electonic Library”. They provide Billy Budd (never finished by HM) in an authoritative version, invluding even photos of HM’s manuscript! Yes, it is not as nice to read as a .pdf or a Kindle format, but so what?
Typee is due any month now, too. There is a cool explanation of the reason for the expurgation, too.
Also, MD itself has had a bad case of versionitis over the decades, which I did not know. On this great website, all has been explained, melded, synthesized into an authoritative whole: Moby Dick is cured! May he forever threateningly temp us onward, or rather, on-word. Ha! Bad pun, awesome site.
If you want Billy Budd cheap (why not?) get the e-book version for $1.99 that says “19 complete works”. I did, but I might return it because I can read BB online and I can wait for a proper Typee. This Delphi edition (they all, I think) have the expurgated version of Typee, which loses 15% of the text describing, unflatteringly, the Christian missionaries.
So, kindred mariner-explorer types, be of good cheer. Get this, get the “19” e-book for BB, and most of all, get to that website, sign-up and dig in. (Yes, I was a sailor like HM and ventured onto a savage land (in this case, Italy) and dallied with a fair native lass. … Ah, the thrill of it all. … Then we married, had two kids and the adventure is … less adventurous than it used to be. Oy veh, who wants to be young forever? (Who doesn’t! Ciao.))

5-star content: It’s Melville, what else needs to be said? Ridiculously low price. Delphi is THE source for out-of-copyright literature.
The formatting leaves much to be desired. The table of contents includes “The Novels”, “The Short Story Collections”, “The Short Stories”, etc, but if you tap on “The Novels” you don’t get a list of novels; it goes straight to the first one (Typee), with the rest of them sequentially. I thought there was no way to jump directly to a specific novel, but discovered by chance that starting from the cover there is a live table of contents. Keep that in mind and you’re golden.
