About Vince Flynn Author of Oath of Loyalty Pdf Book
Vince Flynn Author of Oath Of Loyalty Pdf was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1966. The fifth of seven children, He graduated from the St. Thomas Academy in 1984, and the University of St. Thomas with a degree in economics in 1988.
After college he went to work for Kraft General Foods where he was an account and sales marketing specialist. In 1990 he left Kraft to accept an aviation candidate slot with the United States Marine Corps. One week before leaving for Officers Candidate School, he was medically disqualified from the Marine Aviation Program, due to several concussions and convulsive seizures he suffered growing up. While trying to obtain a medical waiver for his condition, he started thinking about writing a book. This was a very unusual choice for Flynn since he had been diagnosed with dyslexia in grade school and had struggled with reading and writing all his life.
Having been stymied by the Marine Corps, Flynn returned to the nine-to-five grind and took a job with United Properties, a commercial real estate company in the Twin Cities. During his spare time he worked on an idea he had for a book. After two years with United Properties he decided to take a big gamble. He quit his job, moved to Colorado, and began working full time on what would eventually become Term Limits.
Like many struggling artists before him, he bartended at night and wrote during the day. Five years and more than sixty rejection letters later he took the unusual step of self-publishing his first novel. The book went to number one in the Twin Cities, and within a week had a new agent and two-book deal with Pocket Books, a Simon & Schuster imprint.Vince Flynn passed away on June 19, 2013 after a three year battle with prostate cancer. His Mitch Rapp series is carried on and currently written By Kyle Mills.

Kyle Mills has been one of my favorite authors since he took the reins of the Mitch Rapp series. This book is by far one of the best written so far. Kyle captures the emotional side (yep Mitch has a few) of a man wanting to get away from his career to retire. But to quote an old movie, “the more he tries, the more they keep pulling him back”! Many of Mitch’s old friends and enemies rear their heads in this novel that I couldn’t put down.
Side note.. when I was a teenager and the Sunday-Monday night movie was the entertainment highlight of the week, I remember watching Where Eagles Dare and being so nervous during the escape scene off the mountain, I was shaking!
See where I’m going with this? Yep- the same thing started here when I was half way through the book! With an epilogue that ties it all together you’ll be asking..”what now?” I have enjoyed many of Kyle’s books, but FADE and Oath of Loyalty are two that I’ll read over and over again.

Where do you go when your last book ended with our hero losing his best friend in a plot to assassinate him at the behest of the President of the United States?
These are abnormally bad people in the White House. The story is beautifully plotted and very well played. There is a very real question that winds through the story. How do you rescue the country from a President bent on turning it away from a constitutional republic into a twitter based mobocracy? There is no easy answer. Our author gives us an answer that is the only workable resolution given the story terms. I won’t know if it works until I see where the next book goes. This is a great read and I am still thinking about the resolution after I read the last page.

Bar none the best character out there. Don’t get me wrong there are plenty of goods ones and I won’t give them mention since this is about Rapp.
I think Vince Flynn would be very happy with the progression of Rapp. Kyle Mills had done a fantastic job keeping Rapp, Rapp. I never tire of the character and I never tire of the books. My hope is they keep on coming but please slow the aging process down so we have plenty more to come. Also I would be good if a tv series like the other very good character now enjoys on amazon where to happen.Thanks again!!!!
