I really like Harry Grimm. After reading the book, he feels like a real person I’d like to meet – but not while on the wrong side of the law.
The book is refreshing and has humor that jumps up and surprises a laugh out of the reader. Characters are varied and have depth to them. The setting to the story is beautiful. The story itself is a convoluted mystery where every time I thought I’d figured it out, I hadn’t. I couldn’t put it down nor did I want it to end.

But he has every intention of finding answers to the who, what, where and how of his investigations. He is also surprisingly tender with the innocent. I look forward to reading more of this series.

The storyline is just incredible and the characters just blew me away! Wow!!! Reading this was like riding a roller coaster there are some spots where I just thought for sure I was going to be thrown into left field and I didn’t know what the crap was going on!! Took me a while to come to terms with a lot of the British terms and sayings. But I plowed through it all and boy am I glad I did!! I cannot wait to read the next book!!
