Okay, this is going to be the first time I write an actual review so please bear with me….
But, this series fet a bit too unnatural to me, it starts off with your typical FL being regretfull of her life and blah blah blah but in actuality, the forces that lead her into this position were her own naiveity. Sure there were extraneous forces but they were basically: A.) there was a commoner turned hero general person thing, B.) the emperor wanted to reward him so he gave him a title and a woman, C.) the woman (our FL) is neglected because the husband was a power hungry/war obssesed freak. Nowehere was it sateted that she couldn’t divorce him (other than the whole losing face within high society, but then again she was like one of the most admired women second only by the emperors daughters), then she moved to this barren wasteland where she was “forced” to handle all of the houses responsibilities as well as management of the land because “dumb ML apparently doesn’t have the capacity to learn how to manage anything even after 10 years of being married” – the driving force behind her mosery is the fact that she believed she had to do all this by herself and was either too scared or didn’t wanna talk to her husband.
Ok i get it, naive person in the first life – but better and more jaded person in the second life right? No, instead of trying to rectify anythining, she stubbornly holds onto two very different beliefs 1.) she wants her chlldren to be born (who were with her when she dies in the first life), and 2.) she wants to divorce her husband… LIKE WHAT??????? Ok, i get that he was cold and went to war most of the time, but as you read on, the whole problem instead forms into a probalem about COMMUNICATION. THe plot is revolved around misunderstanding, miscommunication, lots and lots of idiocy from the supposed regressor FL. In one instance she get all butthurt when the ML’s SOUNDS like hes having an affair with his childhood bestfriend, but when the FL’s bestfriend does the same thing? NOOOO “THEY’RE JUST VERY GOOD FRIENDS”.

I honsetly didn’t think I would like it as much as I do. The female lead contradicts herself in a good way, and the male lead is a misunderstood teddy bear. Also one of the most hilarious couples I’ve ever read before; the way they interact with each other sometimes makes me laugh so hard. However, they are really cute together and I can’t wait to see how the story plays out.

One of my new favourite manhwas of all time! Even though I only read the first chapter, I can definitely tell that the official translation of this manhwa will have lots of potential! There are some mature scenes but they are not too explicit and I really like how the ML is cruel in the beginning. But, OH DAMN, the female lead deserves better… ;-; Anyways, everything about this manhwa looks really good and I can’t wait to read more of this! Overall, definitely recommend this to any manhwa fan, new and old!
Uodate: (Reviewed at Chapter 35) I’m starting to find the story a little slow paced. I know that this is a comedic romance fantasy story and that it does have its laughs and thrills but I’m probably going to drop this soon. My rating will still stay the same but I will be docking down points for the story from a 9.5 to an 8. The overall will also be docked down from a 9.5 but to an 8.5. I’ll keep reading this just because Season 1 has ended for the raws but I may drop this if this story doesn’t get any better because it literally takes 15 minutes to read each chapter now… sorry to the people who really enjoyed this one but I don’t think that I will stick around for very long.
Update 2: Stalling this manhwa because I can’t really get excited or connect with the manhwa anymore. I’m gonna dock down just a little bit of points. Hopefully I’ll be able to continue this one soon when my manhwa list isn’t as big otherwise I’m gonna be mad and I will drop this.

I dropped it because I’m sick of those overexaggerated shyness of MLs. “How could I dare to suddenly sleep in the same bed with my wife?!” Dafuq? No matter how dense and shy people can be, THAT is simply unrealistic and (again) overexaggerated. I mean, how old is he? 12?
On top of that, this unrealistic shyness and denseness is always (at least partly) the reason for a decade of misunderstandings. How can I take anything of it serious, now tell me?
Most likely it’s simply set up poorly. Those kind of “bad marriage because of longstanding and piled up misunderstandings” plots are usually full of holes once you try to dig a little bit deeper into the characters relationships. I mean, really, if you don’t artificially exaggerate characters and situations, how could this kind of relationship even continue to exist for 10 whole years?
The MCs attitude isn’t really helping here either. Not that I particulary dislike her. It’s just that she’s blaming her husband for his negligence in her past life. Like in most stories of this kind, it wasn’t his intention at all and he actually cared for her, but because of this overexaggerated shyness and denseness he couldn’t really communicate that and she never noticed for 10(!!) whole years! So I can also put some blame on her for that. For 10 years she didn’t notice nor tried to approach him seriously. So, stop blaming only him and look at yourself as well. But .. then again .. it was most likely just set up poorly

This manwha teach you that some misunderstandings if unresolved become bigger to a point that it becomes a fellony and also..
that one passionate night can resolve everything
This manwha is interesting because we have this commoner that just upgraded is social status and married this noblewoman. However, this guy is incompetent and has neither experience with women or with nobility. The management of a fief, he doesn’t know.
This leads to him making poor choices and misunderstandings with his wife.
However, with a second life this will change.
And this is where it becomes interesting because once the wife goes back in time the relationship will improve thanks to only a few difference, and a completely new story begin where thank to their deeper understanding will face problems in a better and witty way.
