Delia Ephron’s writing is refreshingly open. It bears the marks of a serious writer who has worked at her craft. She has an amazing story to tell including a new love and a terrible cancer. She writes about more friends than I can imagine anyone having. Her honesty about being so sick that she begged to die was difficult to read. She goes into a lot of detail about the drugs and her treatment. Her new husband plays a significant role in her treatment and recovery. I plan to read another of her books.
