What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Which payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer, online transfer, cash payment, POS and bank draft.

How long will delivery take?

Same day delivery within Lagos and next day delivery outside Lagos for products in stock, 3 weeks from date of payment for out of stock products

How long is your warranty? Is my data protected?

A one year warranty is covered for software related issues. Warranty does not cover issues related to physical damage after delivery.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering and payment confirmation, product is delivered. We have in-house trained installers to help with the installation process at no cost. If you require a DIY installation, we will place a call at no cost to guide the installation process. .

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. An invoice is delivered along with the product.
