I have long been a Danielle Steel fan but hadn’t read any of her books lately. Although I enjoy her Historical Fiction much more, this was interesting. Not coming from a “blue” bloodline, I didn’t understand the process of a Coming Out ball. I found it interesting, if a little old-fashioned.

I probably should explain the headline; I am too much a blue collared Midwestern woman to understand, or pretend to understand, society coming out. The book was a big much ado about nothing. The characters were interesting but very cliche. The storyline was forced to make it worth a book.
