This is a relatable story and has an typical australian slant, cut to the chase story line, it has a bit of everything – death, first love, lover dies, I couldnt stop reading it got me in all the way to the end. I loved it.

We really must start a grass roots effort to improve Kindle formatting. All those years of writing papers with teachers telling us our spelling and grammar count, and we have to put up with books with horrible formatting, misspelled words and unusual punctuation. The first several chapters of this book have a 3/4 sign inserted for unknown reasons. It was so bad I almost put the book down, and I’m so glad I persevered; this was a great read and a terrific story.
After several/many chapters the distracting punctuation went away and I could enjoy the story even more without that distraction. I kept coming back to find out “what’s next?”, what else could possibly happen to Jacob? And why was the book written after his death, yet in the first person?
I found I had no idea what was coming next and didn’t see any of the twists and turns coming, and that made it a most enjoyable read for me. A Murderous Addiction became my reading obsession!
